• CBD & hemp sit under the Farm Bill (<0.3% THC) with FDA scrutiny and processor declines; CBD vapes are treated as ENDS and can't ship direct-to-consumer.
• Firearms & ammunition require an FFL-transfer checkout workflow, ATF-compliant records, state restrictions and a firearms-friendly gateway — never Shopify Payments.
