- Banned states: Sales are prohibited in several states — including Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Vermont and Wisconsin — with California a de facto commercial ban and others pending. Block these at checkout.
- City/county bans: Some localities ban kratom even where the state allows it — geo-blocking must go below state level.
- KCPA states: Many states follow the Kratom Consumer Protection Act: age 21+, lab testing, labeling, and bans on synthetic/adulterated 7-OH.
- 7-OH restrictions: Several states restrict or ban concentrated 7-hydroxymitragynine products specifically.
- Age verification: Verify 21+ at checkout in line with KCPA requirements.
