Our services
We provide technical ecommerce migration services — rebuilding stores, migrating data, configuring payments and setting up redirects. We are an independent studio and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc.; “Shopify” is a trademark of its owner. We do not sell vaping products.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality of the products you sell and for complying with all applicable laws in your markets (including age-verification, PACT Act and tax requirements). You confirm you have the right to migrate the data you provide to us.
Quotes and scope
Quotes are based on the information you provide and the scope agreed in writing. Changes to scope may change the price and timeline.
Guarantees and outcomes
Where we offer a written guarantee (for example, zero data loss), its exact terms are set out in your service agreement. We cannot guarantee third-party outcomes outside our control, such as a payment processor's approval decision or a search engine's ranking of your site.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
